You can be safe in the knowledge that your pet is happy, safe, excercised and socialised when you are at work or in holiday.
FREE MEET AND GREET
We offer a free initial meeting for you and your pet ensure all parties are 100% happy and comfortable with the arrangement. Our meet and greet consist of gathering information and answering questions, offering advice and picking up keys when needed. When all parties are satisfied, we can create together an individual plan for your animal as each animal is unique and needs a different handling and caring.
TRUST AND SAFETY
We can understand that there are concerns about entrusting someone completely strangers to their keys. Our client’s security is essential to us. Of course, we make a key handover protocol beforehand. Keys are stored in a locked and secure place and are not labelled with any identification that would link them to your property. In the unlikely event of them being lost TOP DOGS takes full responsibility by replacing them.
